All online workshops, events and private session sales are final.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

Private Bookings

You can reschedule or cancel your private sessions from your Customer Dashboard up to 48 hours before the booking time. If you need to cancel, you will receive 50% of the original payment, minus any transaction fees incurred on our behalf from payment processors. If the cancellation is within the 24 hour window no refund will be given.

Rescheduling is free to do 48 hours or more before the booking, however we reserve the right at any time to cancel a booking that has been rescheduled multiple times.

Class Bookings

You can cancel a class booking up to 24 hours before the class start time. No refunds will be given for any cancellation.

No Show/Late Cancellations Policy

For late arrivals to our classes, in order to limit disruption and respect the atmosphere please make sure you arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in and get settled.

Concessions

20% discounts are available to students, university staff, NHS staff members and benefits recipients. If you have an ID pass to prove your eligibility, please email a copy of it to hello@mishaclarke.co.uk to receive your discount.

We implement a zero-harassment policy. We reserve the right to deny entry to any class at our own discretion.
