What I Offer
I offer a range of services, classes and tutoring, both in yoga and wellness.
Welcome to the wonderful world of yoga and movement, below are some of the practices I offer in classes and private bookings.
Dynamic Flow
A Vinyasa/Power style class with an objective, goal or intention woven into the sequence to prepare the body and mind for certain actions or poses. Flowing, fun and challenging.
These are the most common group classes I offer and teach, a movement with breath style class, adapted to the groups general level and ability.
Yin Yoga
A slower and more introspective/meditative class with a particular focus. Unlike the flow classes yin’s focus’ may be more internal, instead of poses they may be more generalised feelings such as ‘letting go’ or ‘trust’.
Yin is a style of yoga based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in which we use the Meridian Line (which each tie into an organ and emotion) to energetically change or release.
Handstands
I like to include handstands separately to yoga as they feel like an entirely different discipline. Once achieved they can be added into a Flow class but they require specialised attention to attain.
I teach workshops. courses and private lessons to share my knowledge of drills and resources required to get the perfect handstand.
Meditation & Wellness
In the beginning meditation can seem quite daunting, I often hear people telling me they can’t meditate, which is false. Everyone can meditate, it just takes practice.
Before you learn to run, you must learn to walk. Your physical yoga practice is a form of meditation, moving mindfully, breath with movement.
I use a range of techniques and meditations in classes / corporates / privates, such as heart metta, heart cognizance and yoga nidra.
EFT/TFT
A relatively modern therapy using certain acupressure points to release patterns in the emotions, body and mind.
A tool I use in private lessons for people more focused on self-improvement, it can help with; sleep, trauma, phobias, pain, addictions, behavioural patterns and so much more.

Wellness
Coaching
Used in conjunction with my other offerings I am able to use these skills to help you help yourself. Focusing on our goals together and what you would like to achieve in our sessions and then in your life.
I am able to pull from the wealth of knowledge I have acquired to better understand and aid you in your journey.
Neurobiomechanics
Discover how the brain impacts physical and emotional well-being. Improving aspects like eye stamina can aid ADHD symptoms.
I include visual or vestibular drills in class to enhance movement practice. In private sessions, I fine-tune your flexibility, strength, or balance using brain-based techniques.
Pranayama
Breathing exercises, what makes your physical yoga practice different to other exercise disciplines is your breath.
Prana is breath or life-force, and there are hundreds of different exercises you can practice to reduce stress, improve sleep and numerous other benefits for holistic wellbeing. I use breath work in almost everything that I offer, it is a key fundamental practice for life.
Acupressure
Using TCM meridian point theory I offer acupressure, sometimes given in class but most often in private sessions, in which the points are catered to your individual needs on that day.
Acupressure can alleviate pain, removed stored or blocked emotions in the body and aid in better sleep and mental well-being.
Qi Gong
Qi Gong in Yin classes, it is from the same background and helps move and shift energy. It is similar to Tai Chi, using slow flowing sequences to ground and meditate.
